Jev-compatible typed decisions API, hosted in the EU

layahost is a hosted API for typed decisions. You send a piece of text and a question with a fixed set of answers - a choice, a yes/no or a score - and get back the answer with a probability for every option, as JSON your code can branch on. Use it for comment moderation and spam, support intent and routing, sentiment, priority and language detection. It implements the Jev System One API wire format, so the official Jev SDKs work after you change the base URL and the key. Pricing is flat: $5 per million decisions, prepaid, hosted in the EU.

layahost is a hosted API for typed decisions. You send a piece of text together with a question that has a fixed set of answers — a choice, a yes/no, or a score — and you get back the chosen answer plus a probability for every option, returned as JSON your code can branch on directly. Instead of generating free-form text you then have to parse, layahost returns only the options you define, each with a confidence value.
It implements the Jev System One API wire format, which means the official Jev SDKs work after you change the base URL and the key. Pricing is flat and prepaid at $5 per million decisions, and the service is hosted in the EU.
Every request returns one of your defined options along with a probability for each, so your code can branch on a value rather than parse prose. Answers come back as JSON.
layahost speaks the same /v1/systemone format, with the same question types, answers and errors. The official Jev SDKs work as they are once you point them at layahost and use a layahost key.
The API covers content moderation, spam and scam filtering, support triage, ticket routing, priority and escalation, sentiment, and language detection across 35 languages.
For your own labels — product categories, internal teams or policy rules — a private Laya checkpoint can be fine-tuned on your labelled examples and served on the same API.
Decisions, not text.
That framing captures the product's real edge: it doesn't try to be a general text generator, it returns a bounded answer with a confidence score you can act on. Because only the options you define can come back, there's no malformed output to handle. And since it follows the Jev wire format, adopting it is largely a matter of changing a base URL and a key.
You want moderation, routing, intent or scoring decisions from a single API call rather than a pipeline of prompts and parsers. It's also worth a look if you're already on the Jev SDKs and want a compatible endpoint, or if you need your own labels served from a private model on the same interface.
Other tools you might consider
Ditch your scraper. One API gives your code everything it needs from the web: structured JSON, clean markdown, cited research, and browser automation. No browser, LLM, or pipeline for you to run. Use it from the tools you already work in: an MCP server, CLI, Raycast extension, or as an Agent Skill. Grab a key and make your first call in less than three minutes. Mozilla-backed. Your data is never sold, never trained on.

PageGrok is a browser extension that provides AI-powered webpage summaries and Q&A in a sidebar. It reads the currently open tab and works with built-in AI without requiring login or an API key, while also supporting connections to local models (such as Ollama, LM Studio) for privacy. Understand any webpage without ever leaving it. Core features include: summarizing long pages , processing dense documents , understanding foreign-language content , and focusing on specific sections via region selection mode. It supports Chrome and Chromium-based browsers such as Edge.
Octopoda is an open source infrastructure layer that gives AI agents persistent memory, automatic loop detection, and full observability. Agents forget everything between sessions. Octopoda fixes that with a remember/recall API that survives restarts, crashes, and deployments. The loop detection system monitors 5 signals to catch agents stuck repeating themselves before they burn your API budget, with real-time cost estimation showing exactly how much each loop wastes. A built-in dashboard shows every agent's health score, memory explorer with version history, audit trail logging every decision with reasoning, and a timeline replay that lets you scrub through everything your agent did step by step. Works with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and OpenAI Agents SDK with one-line integrations. Runs locally with SQLite or connects to cloud with one environment variable.
